Alaska King Salmon! We were invited over to our friends house for supper tonite. He had been fishing in Alaska this summer and brought some home. They cooked it on the grill on cedar planks. It was out of this world GOOD! I don't even like fish but this was just like eating candy! Brent and I ate until we thought we could eat no more and then.......she brought out this:
Cheesecake! It was great! Thanks so much for a fun evening! Here is the recipe for the salmon. The only thing they changed was the spice. They used McCormicks Salmon Seasoning. Now I want to send Brent to Alaska for salmon!
