New Hobby

Hi! Welcome to my blog! I have decided to start a blog about my new hobby of stamping. Four years ago, our youngest graduated from high school and left for college. I found being an "emptynester" meant I had alot of time on my hands. My husband had several hobbies to keep him busy, but I needed something too! I liked scrapbooking and decided to take some classes. I found out that I really liked stamping and making cards. I went to one class and I was hooked! Now I belong to several stamping and card making groups. I spend hours on stamping blogs looking at cards and projects and decided it was time for me to post some of my cards too. So "stamping up north" was born!
