Stampin Day

Here are a few of the projects we worked on today over at Pegs. We had a fun day. In the morning we went to a craft fair and then headed over to Peg's to stamp and scrap. The top picture is of some treat purses AC made. I really like the hunter green! In the middle is a cool wreath card Peg made from a Martha Stewart fern punch. It had two colors of green in it. She had dry embossed some lines with her scorepal on the sides. So pretty. She was busy today playing with her cricut, too. She has the new software and it is amazing what you can do with it. On the bottom picture is a stocking box Jody was working on. I wonder what she plans to put in it! I forgot to ask. I like the patterned paper she used. She was working on some pocket cards when I left. We ended up making alot of embossing "card candy." Not sure what we will make with it yet, but it sure was fun. We found out that the embossing powder from SU rocks. It looks ALOT better than the stuff from Michael's. It has a richer look and feel. Today I worked on a few things I plan to post this week. Peg also gave us a cute bag filled with fun stuff she made that I will post Sunday. Thanks so much for a great lunch and a fun day!
