I have been enjoying the blizzard this weekend. It's always fun when you don't have to go anywhere and can just stay home. I stepped outside and took this when things calmed down for awhile yesterday after lunch. Here's what the blowing did on our deck.
It looked so funny. The wind blew one half of the snow off the deck and left it bare, and dumped this pile right outside our door. The storm got worse again after the photo. We think we got about 8 inches out here. Schools are closed today and many people still can't get out yet. We finally heard the plows awhile ago. Brent wasn't sure he could get out with 4 wheel drive, but then they came by. He still had to blow out quite a bit. Poor me I am stuck at home today...more time to play!
