With love...

I love making valentines! I need to order some more 5 1/2" x 5 1/2" envelopes because I've been making alot of cards this size lately. I've also been having fun with the Bella Rose paper. {you'll see what I mean in future posts} This valentine card is popped up all over the place with foam squares. It always makes it hard to photograph!

I used my scallop rectangle Nestabilities. I have one other set, the classic scallop circles, so just 2 sets in all. Iv'e had a few questions about which ones I have and which to buy first. I really had no plan or reason why I started with these two sets. There are 6 shapes in each set and both are the large classic size. I plan to order the plain circle and rectangle sets that go with them. I just bought them as individual sets as I wasn't sure if I'd like them and didn't want to invest alot of money until I had tried them, but I do use them ALOT. You can order them in bigger sets {all 4 together} and it ends up cheaper in the long run. Which is what I will do in the future. There are so many great shapes, it's hard to choose! I ordered my two sets through ucutathome over the phone.http://ucutathome.com/store/index.php?scat=y&scid=37. The service was great and delivery quick. It's the cheapest place I've found them as they offer a 40% off monthly coupon. Hope this answers your questions!

Thanks for the info on the Nestabilities. I have to take the plunge someday, as I love the look they add to cards. The ribbon on this Valentine's card is just gorgeous! And I've been enjoying seeing more square cards lately. I haven't made even one. I'll have to try!
