Brent and I love meat loaf and meatballs...but the kids didn't so I didn't make them while they were still at home. I haven't made them for so long! But then I saw this recipe over on My Kitchen Cafe and had to try it. We loved it. I served brown rice with it. Brents only complaint was "more sauce". I think I would double that next time.
