Texas Caviar


This is awesome! I could eat this all day. Well, I kinda did...it's addicting. I got this recipe from a friend of mine. She got it from another friend, so it's been passed around alot. I've eaten it at alot of parties over the years, but never actually made it myself. I have no idea why. It's so good. Next time I'm going to try using Splenda, and cut the oil down to 1/8 c. and see what happens. I'll let you know how it tastes. Meanwhile I'll just keep eating this...

I always get so hungry when I see the pictures you have posted of food! This looks yummy, and the recipe card, as always, is just perfect for the recipe! Love the red buttons in the corners.
