This is an all time favorite recipe. It always turns out, it always tastes good, and it always disappears quickly. When I want a fast sure-to-please recipe, I grab this one. It's also easy to transport, which is another bonus. There are several recipes around for Lemon Poppy Seed Cake, but I like this one the best!
