Lowfat chocolate macaroon cupcakes these WERE low fat until I dipped them in ganache! They taste great without it and I usually just serve them without any frosting. They really don't need any. I just wanted to use up some cream the day I made these.

I love the almond flavor inside the filling..I usually add more than the recipe calls for. I think they look so pretty!
