Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Wow... these were good! I copied the recipe off a food blog but I can't remember which one. They were excellent..but then look at all the tasty ingredients! You can leave the skins on and mash them "chunky" style too. When I find the blog I'll post a link here as she had so many awesome recipes to try. Dig in!

I love my mashed potatoes chunky, and with skins. My kids hate them that way. We were at a restaurant once, and I specifically asked the waiter about the mashed potatoes....he told me no skins. So I got them for my son. Yep, they had skins. He wouldn't touch them.
