Here are the treats I made for my friends at camp!
I used SU's Ghoulish Googlies Designer kit from the holiday catty. Instead of buying the matching stamp set, I bought Monster Munchies. I thought I would use it more than the other one.
I made the topper in black with the top note die, and tied it together with black 1/8 in. taffeta ribbon.
The pumpkin is just 2 pumpkin pie scalloped circles cut straight at the bottom with a Reese's PB cup inside. The ribbon is 3/8 in. gumball green stitched satin ribbon. The faces I stamped in black with SU's pumpkin patch. (I saw them on Pinterest.)
