Less is More challenge.....beads

This week the challenge at Less is More is BEADS. I already had this card that I was working on, so I just added some Martha Steward tiny micro beads for the sand on the beach.

I have been seeing so many cards with flip flops and skies and beaches, I decided to try a few myself. This card is a combination of several different ideas floating around on Pinterest.

We still have alot of snow here, so it's been fun to think about summer while I was making this!

Card stock: SU bashful blue, white, sand, so saffron retired DP
Ink: SU black, bashful blue
Stamps: Hero Arts shoes and phrases
Other: Memory Box puffy clouds die, SU circle punch, MS micro beads, pearls

Oh how sunny and sweet. I like the hat over Mr Sun. The flip flops look so lovely. And those tiny bits of beads gently thrown around are perfect for the challenge.

What an original way to use your beads. Think it's going to be a long time before I'm in flip-flops but nice to see sunshine somewhere!
