The Paper Players challenge

Hey everybody! It's time for The Paper Players challenge already...where has this week gone? Gone by way to fast, that's for sure.

LeeAnn has a cute challenge....kids CAS Birthday!

I always say I have a lot of fun making cards for challenges, but this time I had SO much fun I made two!

I love bright colors, and coastal cabana with red is always a cheerful, happy color combo.
My Birthday cards are geared more for the older kid...not the wee ones. I am sending one to my friends son who is turning 8.

Head on over to The Paper Players and check out the other Birthday cards, and better yet, join the fun!

Paper: SU coastal cabana, white, real red, DP
Ink: SU real red
Stamps: SU Happiest Birthday Wishes
Other:MB die, bakers twine, SU star die,
button, string

Love both! The star Framelits is really a great addition to anyone's tools stash, but you sure make it a must have, Laurie!

Using stars was a brilliant idea, they are ageless! I agree I love coastal cabana and red together, very cheerful. Fantastic cards!

Love both of your cards, Laurie, especially the one with the die cut sentiment! I agree with Andrea, they are ageless and great for both male and female alike.

I love BOTH cards and I love that you created one horizontal and one vertical. They are so bright and bold and the colors work well for a kiddie card. I love the bow on the stars, too.
Fabulous card.
