Paper Players CAS Male Birthday Card

d

The joke is on me!

Last week when I looked at what the challenge was going to be at The Paper Players, I only saw "masculine birthday card."

I completely missed the"CAS" part. Most of the cards I make usually ARE clean and simple, but for some reason, this time I went in a different direction and used quite a few layers and embellishments.
I had it all done, ready to post, when I noticed the CAS.
Oh no.

No time to make another card, as we were headed out of town, so I quickly looked at cards I had ready for future posts, and found this birthday card that I think works better for the challenge than the original one I had made.

(Here is the one I had made)

So the joke is on me, one of the few times I don't make a CAS, and that's what I needed after all!
Oh well!

Here is the challenge:

(Notice CAS is prominently displayed...I guess I need new glasses!)

I made this card with textured paper, Lawn Fawn stitched journal card die, Lil inkers stitched rectangles, and Stampin Up's Amazing Birthday.

Head on over to The Paper Players and take a look at all the cards...even better yet, play long!

  1. A good generic card. I do like these LIL Inkers stitched dies that are appearing everywhere....must add to wish list. Love the blue and green and the little buttons just finish it off...lovely design.

  11. Laurie that's so funny - especially for someone who makes such beautiful CAS cards! I love your final card though, especially the choice of colours - this card is so zingy, which is great for a guy card. Love it!
