Poppy Stamps new challenge

Great news!
I just read that Poppy Stamps is starting a new challenge on their blog....this is the first one:

Challenge 1 Falloween Fun copy

Well, I LOVE Poppy Stamps dies, and have quite a few that I use a lot. One that I just bought this fall was the Cute Cottage. I saw it at my local craft store. Actually, I saw another crafter loading up a bunch of dies, and being me, Nozy Nell, I had to ask what she was buying. She showed me the cute cottage and all the extras that go with it. She had about 6 dies in her hand, and was SO excited to show me.

This was not good....for either of us.( good for the shop owner, though)

By the time we were both done oohing and awing at all the sweet accessories, she had a dozen! I had already done my shopping before talking to her, but sure enough, I was in line again with the cottage and two accessories. I refrained from buying them all, and went home with the frosted roof and porch, and the Halloween roof and porch.
Since then, I have made a few haunted houses, and now I am into gingerbread houses. Today I'm sharing one of the Halloween projects.

I've had so much fun with these dies..I'm glad I got back in line and bought them!

Dies: Poppy stamps cute cottage, Halloween roof and porch, Die-namics grass
Paper: SU black, pumpkin pie, summer sun,old olive, patterned paper, silver glitter paper
Other: Martha Stewart bat punch, SU circle punch

Super Halloween project! Love the colours too.
The cottage die works so well for this theme and can visualize it as a ginger bread house also.
It's no wonder you came out of the shop with lots of goodies ;)

Laurie, I can't count the many times I've done the same thing in a stampshop! Honestly dangerous!
I love this sweet Falloween house! Sorry, not scary, but way too cute! Great colors too!
