I sure had lots of fun getting inky making this card for the Christmas Card Challenge!
I used the emboss resist technique. I haven't played around with that technique for quite some time. I forgot how fun it is! I thought it would work well for this card.
Here's the beautiful inspiration photo:
First I stamped and embossed Penny Blacks, "Snowy Grove." I LOVE those gorgeous trees! Then I sponged on some SU Midnight Muse ink. I cut out the Memory Box Winter Cabin Landscape die in white. For a bit of bling, I added some silver glitter paper for the windows of the house.
Then I adhered the Santa and reindeer from Cheery Lynn . The sentiment is Katie and Company, stamped with SU black. I added a white frame using Impression Obsession 6 in 1 frame die.
