Up up and away!

Hi everyone!

This week at The Paper Players, Joanne has a Clean and Simple challenge for us:

Up, up and away made me think of balloons, so I made a birthday card. I'm always in need of more of those!

I decided to go with some spring colors and cut out a few balloons, bows and strings with Elizabeth Designs Balloon dies. The sentiment is from Papertrey.

Please join us for the challenge here!

Entering this at:

Paper: all Stampin Up
Ink: SU black
Dies: Papertrey Birthday, Elizabeth Designs Balloons, IO frames
Other: enamel dot

Laurie, your card is simply adorable. I love how you added the heart balloon in between the other two. A great idea.

I love those bright balloons Laurie and the lettering, but also the subtle white frame behind - a great way to introduce interest and still maintain a CAS feel. A great card for my challenge theme this week!

Cute. I like the way you've dressed up the background without distracting from the focal point of balloons. I also enjoy the bright, happy colors you've selected. Thanks for playing with Global Design Project.
