Memory Box Fairyland Butterflies

Good morning everyone!

The Paper Players have a brand new challenge for this week from Sandy:

I guess mine is actually more clean and layered butterflies, not clean and simple....which is what most of my cards are....LOL!

I always look at the Paper Players badge, see the image on it, and miss the clean and simple part! I'll do better the next CAS challenge, I promise, no layers!

I made this card with a bunch of dies from a friend of mine. She didn't have them labeled, so it took me awhile to google the names....but I found them. Google always amazes me, how did I ever get through school with out it?!! I could really have used it back then!

Google told me the butterflies are "Fairyland" from Memory Box, and the "Francesca Heart" from Poppystamps. I added a few flowers from Poppystamps Petal Ribbon die. The Happy Birthday sentiment is from Elizabeth Crafts. ( the Birthday part is on the inside of the card) I backed it all on an Avery Elle wonky rectangle.

We would love to have you join us!
You can check out the rest of the design team here for inspiration:

Clean and simple or clean and layered - either way this is a beautiful card Laurie - I love how the butterflies form a 'background' for the heart. As for Google - how did we ever live without it?!

Your cards always have the prettiest die cuts. I love the layered look and it still looks CAS to me. Delightful card!

Laurie, firstly, thank you for enabling me with the Wonky Stitched Butterflies. I saw them on the wonderful birthday card you sent to me and HAD to have them :-) They work so well with the butterflies as they add a sense of movement. Talking about the butterflies - how gorgeous is that die. Beautiful colors, too
