The Paper Players

The Paper Players are back!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and New Years!

LeAnne's first challenge of 2017 is to use a recycled item on your project. What a great idea! My items are the tiny pearls I took off an old project before throwing it away.

I started with Taylored Expressions lattice background, and added a frame from Impression Obsession. The beautiful sentiment is from Verve, I love to collect bible verse stamps, and this one is a fave of mine.

I added a corner die from Cottage Cutz called Fancy Floral Butterfly corner...so dainty and pretty!

I would also like to welcome our new guest designers at the Paper Players too...Crystal, Valentyna and Deanne!

I hope you will join us for this fun challenge at The Player Players!

Happy new year Laurie! Love that intricate corner die, so detailed and eye-catching! Great recycling of the pearls too - such a great way to get maximum use out of a craft room supply staple.

Beautifully intricate card, Laurie. Gorgeous dies as always and I love the pop of blue. Great job getting double duty out of those pearls! Happy new year to you, my friend!

Laurie, what a beautiful and intricate card. Those tiny recycled pearls are just the perfect addition. Also, I think I am enjoying your changing blog headers as much as I am your cards! Such a pretty watercolored heart!

Laurie, such an elegant card and so glad you were able to save those lovely pearls. The filigree frames the verse beautifully. Fabulous card, my friend.
