Stampin' Up Sunshine Wishes

Warning......

...lots of shiny, bright gold on this card...you may need your sunglasses!!!

I used a piece of designer paper I bought a long time ago at a local craft store for the background. I really love the pattern on it. I added a strip of embossed white from my scrap box, and adhered the sentiment and flower from Stampin' Up's Sunshine Wishes, cut out in gold foil.

I almost forgot...I did add one pearl to the flower:)

Pretty simple card....made from scraps laying around.....I'm busy cleaning my craft cave. It's amazing what I'm finding....all kinds of fun little treasures that I have stuck away at one time or another. I'm really getting into reorganizing and sorting.

One thing I have decided to do with patterned paper that I hardly ever use..... is to cut it down into 6 x 6 squares. I store it in a clear plastic shoe box right on my desk. I really love it! I was always too lazy to get out my 12 x 12 bins to find patterned paper, now I can see it and grab it easily!

Today's challenge is to go over all my ink pads. I have tons of the older Stampin' Up pads, and I really don't care for them anymore. I prefer the new ones. Actually, if you visit my blog much, you can see that I use black ink the most....often for my sentiments.

I better get busy sorting!

But first I'll enter this in the following challenges:

Stamp Ink Paper (kindness)

Alphabet Challenge (Y is for you choose)

Have a great day!

Paper: SU, gold foil, patterned
Dies: SU Sunshine Wishes
Other: pearl
