Oxide Ink backgrounds

Hi everyone!

I've been playing with my oxide inks and decided to frame one up to share today!
I've seen several cards on Pinterest using this type of idea, so I gave it a try.

My focal point is the flower from Poppystamps called," Petal Ribbon." I added a few pearls to the centers.

The frame is made with MFT's In and Out Diagonal Stitched Rectangles and the Memory Box Pinpoint Single Frame. I adhered it all on a piece of foam cut the same size to give it some dimension.

Thanks for stopping by!

Paper: SU
Dies: PS Petal Ribbon. MB Pinpoint Single Frame, MFT In and Out Diagonal Stitched rectangles
Inks: Oxide
other: pearls

So beautiful. The background really makes that flower die pop and adding the pearls makes it very elegant looking. I love that frame design as well.

This is beautiful -- love that background Laurie. I had some oxide inks in my shopping cart at Joann.com but then decided I didn't really need them. I knew I would regret that decision and now I do after seeing your card. Very delicate looking.
