Taylored Expressions Iconic Wishes Christmas

Here's the challenge from Leanne at The Paper Players this week:

Use some holiday pines in your creation!

I inked up Taylored Expressions Iconic Wishes Christmas stamp in real red...and added a snowflake, pine branch, and some holly to the festive ornament. I also added a bakers twine bow and some pearls.

Then I backed it on a Lil inker rounded rectangle and a Lawn Fawn Outside in Stitched rectangle. I love the red and blue combo for the holidays!

Be sure to check out the rest of the Paper Players Design Team:

I hope you will join us!

I'm entering this at:

Paper: SU
Ink: SU
Stamps: Taylored Expressions Iconic Wishes Christmas stamp
and die combo
Dies: Cheery Lynn Holly Leaf, snowflake, spruce branch, Lil Inker rounded rectangle,Lawn Fawn Outside in Stitched rectangle
Other: Bakers twine, pearls

These colors are perfect together, Laurie! Bright, festive, and happy. Love your pine bough bundle and the baker's twine is the perfect touch. Great card, my friend!

I love how you layered the greens on top of the snowflake --- it helps fill the top of the card wonderfully, and the touch of blue gives the card a very nostalgic look. Your cards always have a lot of detail to them but still have a nice clean look. I love this, Laurie!

The soft blue is a wonderful match with the traditional festive colours! I love the white sprig you've got in the back of your cluster as it adds texture and height without being obtrusive. The twine bow is so very sweet and a perfect finishing touch. It's a super card, Laurie.

Wow! Was it really that simple? Totally amazing! I love the ornament. Could have sworn it was a white embossed sentiment. So crisp.

This is such a wonderful, crisp, clean card. I love everything about it, especially the addition of that wonderful blue frame. That was always one of my favorite SU colors ever! Thanks for linking up and playing with us at Happy Little Stampers November Christmas Challenge.
