The Paper Players Challenge "magical"

Today Sandy is the hostess at The Paper Players! Here's the awesome badge Nance made:

Oh my! I have NONE of these in my vast stamp and die collection. Not a one. But I did find some paper with unicorns on it and made this card a few weeks ago.( I'm happy to report that I have remedied that issue already and have bought a few unicorn stamps...lol!)

First I cut out a stitched rectangle from Cheery Lynn in the fun patterned paper. Then I used Cheery Lynn's Pop up Party Word die. I stamped the sentiment across the middle of it and added a row of colorful pearls. I tucked in a couple of balloons I had laying on my desk too. I think it looks pretty festive...and perfect for a kids Birthday card!

(NOTE: As I was writing this post, I just noticed this was supposed to be a CAS card...I guess I was too busy looking at the cute unicorn that I missed it!)

Supplies:
Paper: SU, patterned
Ink: SU black
Stamps:My Pink Stamper More Fabulous Phrases
Dies: Cheery Lynn
Other: pearls

Adorable, Laurie! This paper is so much fun--my eye goes right to that unicorn head LOL. What an awesome die too. Great job, even without a single magic stamp!

This makes me want to PARTY! I love that big, bold sentiment popping off your fun DSP! Those pearls are just fantastic! Pearls make everything better! I hope you have a great week, My Friend! XX

Very creative solution to the lack of magical creatures. Mine was to borrow! It's a fun card and the die cut word is great.

You know... compared to some of the things I make this IS CAS. One thing is certain -- it's super cute. I spy a unicorn on that paper. I have none of those things, either. Wait... maybe some fairies... unless they didn't survive the purge. I sure love that line of multi-colored pearls. Awesome, fun party card!

I am cracking up as I read your post, since most of us missed the CAS part! Too funny! But your card is as fun as can be with that big die and cool paper!!!

Laurie, I love the black sentiment against that wonderful paper and I think it's awesome that you managed to find some paper with unicorns on it. Such a fab birthday card
