I had all the scraps left over from the candles and decided they were too cute to throw away, so I made a few cards with those, too. I just changed the candles and flame colors out, and adhered them to the card. I added the ribbon and then stamped "Happy Birthday" inside.
love it! sometimes I feel that using scraps is the easiest way to be creative! :)
