The challenge this week at Less is More is called Frame It.
I decided to frame the sentiment from Verve inside a cut out of a large circle punch. I added some plain white tulips from Memory Box and a butterfly from SU with a pearl in the center. The paper is SU's pool party from the in color DP pack.
