The challenge at The Card Concept is:
Wouldn't you know today it's rainy and a bit chilly here?
We could use some sunshine.....but at least my card is bright and cheerful!
I was inspired by the sunshine and the yellow polka dot paper in the photo. Memory Box Radiant Starburst with all the dots seemed perfect for this challenge. I backed it on some yellow paper,then onto some turquoise. The tiny stitched sun is from Lil Inker, and I put a few pink hearts from a leftover project in it's center. I stamped the sentiment from Stampin' Up's Ray of Sunshine in black. The Hello die cut is also from Stampin' Up. I had to add a few enamel dots,too!

A very sunny card...and yes it is rainy and dull here today...have had a little peep of the yellow though...just a peep.
