I saw some cute baby bottle tags over on Amazing Paper Grace that I knew I just had to case someday, so I bookmarked them. I recently found them again...and decided to turn them into little cards. I started with a piece of card stock 71/2" x 2 1/8." I folded that in half. Then I cut my checkered paper 2 1/8 x 3 3/4." I used my EK border punch and just punched a bunch of white paper edges ...then cutting them so the circles would match the ends as I adhered them to the back of the checkered sides. {I didn't want a half circle cut at the end...looks funny} For the bottle top, I used a large rectangle nestie cutting off just one corner to fit the bottle. I adhered that to the bottle, then adhered that to the front of the card. At the very top I punched a small hole with my cropadile and added the ribbon. I don't have alot of baby stamps but I found this "Sweet One" in a retired set I have.
I couldn't decide if I liked it stamped in black or with the coordinating color...so I did some of both. I think these will look cute tucked in with a baby gift!
What a cute project idea. I love how you added the button to the moon! I like the softness of it stamped in the matching color. Enjoy your Friday!
ReplyDeleteThese are so cute I like the ones stamped with same colors an they look softer and more baby. TFS ann Lind

ReplyDeleteThose are just darling! The scalloped edge sounds like a lot of work, but I sure love it!
