I love 'em! Lemon bars a favorite of mine. This is a recipe I use often..I always have the ingredients on hand. That shortbread crust just melts in your mouth!
Mmmmmmmm. I don't always love Lemon Bars, but sometimes the taste of lemon just sounds so cool and refreshing. Maybe I will give these a try today since the kids will be here tomorrow to help eat them.
