I found this recipe in my local church cookbook. I've used it often...it's SO good! I could eat the whole bowl myself...I think I may have. The combo of ingredients is just right. Sometimes I'll throw a grilled chicken breast on top and serve with some garlic bread. It's a great meal!

Well Laurie, this may be the salad I will eat...I don't like salad dressings or mayonaise/Miracle Whip and tend to eat my salad plain or with a squeeze of lemon or a splash of vinegar.
