This recipe came from my daughter. She brought a tin of them for Christmas Eve last year and I think I ate them all myself! They just melt in your mouth..OK... they ALL melted in MY mouth. I couldn't wait to make them myself this year. They will look pretty on a cookie tray too.....if I don't eat all of these too!
I am going to have to try these....yum....

These look gorgeous, sound delicious, and as usual I love the recipe card. I may have to try these ASAP. And I even have all the ingredients!

ReplyDeleteI have been baking like crazy for Christmas tins and ourselves (Shortbread, Sugar Cookies, Gingerbread Men, Peanut Butter Balls, Chocolate Almond Macaroons, Peanut Butter Blossoms, Festive Cherry Almond Squares) and thought I am done but then I see this recipe and it looks like one I should add to the combination.
Once again LAurie, I love your recipe cards.
Can't wait to bake these, I'm always looking for new holiday cookie recipes, thanks for sharing.
