Banana bread

My friend Judy brought these over to share this past Saturday that we were stamping...aren't they sweet? Here's her recipe:

Judy's Banana Bread

1/2 c. butter, softened

1 c. sugar

2 eggs

3 bananas, mashed

1 tsp. soda

1 tsp. salt

2 c. flour

chopped walnuts {optional}

Cream the butter and sugar. Add the eggs and the bananas. Sift
dry ingredients and mix altogether. Put in 4 greased mini foil pans and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
