I am so excited to share this recipe today as it is SO delicious! We cannot stop eating them. I've seen this recipe around for a long time and always thought, " So what...pumpkin cookies..no big deal." They ARE a big deal!!!! The brown butter frosting puts these over the top. They are very moist and we loved the walnuts. Brent wants me to add raisins next time. {which will be soon} It makes a lot of cookies...which you will need.... as they will disappear. Try them..really!

Well I know for sure I will be the only one eating these as my kids only eat cookies with chocolte. I am sure they freeze well. TFS Laurie.
