The Card Concept

Today is my last post as a design team member for The Card Concept. I have had such a great time being on the team for the last 2 years! But I have a lot on my plate right now, so have decided to step down and cut back a bit. I hope to be able to play along once in awhile though!!

I used a rain boot die cut that a friend had given me, and added a bunch of flowers and greens from Cheery Lynn to make this bright and cheerful spring card!

The scalloped rectangles are also from Cheery Lynn, and the sentiment is from Happy Little Stampers "Rainy Days."

I want to thank everyone at The Card Concept..it's been a fun time!

There's so many ways one could go with this photo...I hope you will play along!

Cheery Lynn Funny Bunny Easter card

Good morning!

The challenge this week at The Card Concept is:

The colors inspired me to make a clean and layered Easter card. I knew I had some fun plaid paper with just the right colors, and Cheery Lynn's Funny Bunny would be a cute addition.

I added some bakers twine with a tiny clothespin, and stamped the sentiment in black from Taylored Expressions Big Bold Easter.

I almost forgot...I framed the Funny bunny with Impression Obsession's rectangle 6 in 1 frame set. Love those frames!
