Frantic Stamper

One of my favorite Frantic Stamper stamp sets is the CL-159 Scriptures.

There are 13 sentiments just like this one, and my intention is to make a card with each one. This is the 5th one I have made.

Most of my cards are pretty simple, and always have dies! Here I combined that along with stamping the sentiment on a Pinprick Circle FRA-DIE-09643. I used the pretty Side Sunflower FRA-DIE-11033. In North Dakota there are fields of sunflowers everywhere! Even in my backyard.

Thanks for stopping by!

Frantic Stamper

Hi everyone!

Today's card features CL-159 Scriptures. If you collect bible verse stamps like I do, or do bible journaling this is a great stamp to add to your collection! There are 13 verses.

For my frame I cut out a Lovely Label FRA-DIE- 10936 in yellow, and added
a bloom using FRA-DIE-10123 Stitched Blooms. Then I grabbed a copic marker and colored in a couple of the words in the sentiment.

                                                                           Thanks for stopping by,
                                                                                      Laurie

ATSM Challenge

Time for Addicted To Stamps and More Challenge:

For my card I started out with the Floral Lattice Plate die. I sponged some ink on it, starting very softly at the top and darker at the bottom. I used the Memory Box Side Butterfly Circle set for the rest of the card.
The sentiment is from Technique Tuesday called Faith Opens the Door. I just love this set as it has so many wonderful sentiments. I did also add one pearl to the butterfly....done!

I hope you will join us!

Frantic Stamper Lace Dragonfly

I'm feeling like some bright colors instead of all the white here in northern Minnesota! I decided to go rainbow to brighten things up.

My first rainbow card features the Many Squares FRA-DIE-10938. I cut it out in lots of colors and adhered it to my card front along with the Lace Dragonfly FRA-DIE-10947. The sentiment is from Rainbow and Unicorns CL-145.

The second card I used a strip of alcohol ink background I had made awhile ago. I adhered the Honeycomb Border on top.FRA-DIE-10946.The sentiment is from Sending Prayers FRA-DIE-10950.

Today I'm the hostess at The Paper Players and I have a fun sketch for you:

The sea gull is from Art-C, and the sailboat is one out of a collection from Sue Wilson called Nautical Accessories. The red circle is from Memory Box Spring Tulip die. (I just cut off the tulips) I stamped the sentiment from Simon Says off to the side.

Cheery Lynn Seahorse

Hi everyone!

I had a piece of paper leftover from playing with oxides that I could NOT toss away! It was just too pretty.

So I adhered a Cheery Lynn seahorse that I cut out of some alcohol ink paper to it. Then I stamped the sentiment from Penny Black's "Faith"  stamp set along side, and added a few sequins.

 Pretty clean and simple!

The Paper Players

The Paper Players are back!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and New Years!

LeAnne's first challenge of 2017 is to use a recycled item on your project. What a great idea! My items are the tiny pearls I took off an old project before throwing it away.

I started with Taylored Expressions lattice background, and added a frame from Impression Obsession. The beautiful sentiment is from Verve, I love to collect bible verse stamps, and this one is a fave of mine.

I added a corner die from Cottage Cutz called Fancy Floral Butterfly corner...so dainty and pretty!

I would also like to welcome our new guest designers at the Paper Players too...Crystal, Valentyna and Deanne!

Cheery Lynn Lighthouse

Good Morning!

Today's card is made with 3 dies...Papertrey's sun ray, Blueprints #20 stitched rectangle, and Cheery Lynn Lighthouses. The sentiment is from Inky Antics "Shining Lantern."

I love this verse! It comes from Matthew 5 verse 16:

"Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven."

I think a light house is the perfect image to illustrate this!

I'm entering this at some of my FAVE challenges today...YAY...that I don't always have time to play with!

Hi everyone!

Today's card is one I made with some new things I found at our local craft store last Saturday. They had a spring Expo with demo's and all the new products. It was fun to see all the new stamps and dies!

I came home with a few Paper Smooches products, the church die and Spiritual Sampler stamp set. I bought the die to make some easy Easter cards with some residents I volunteer with at a local assisted living center. I think it's big enough for them to easily adhere to a card.

BUT before I got going on that idea, I made several cards just for fun!

Religious card set

What a wonderful thing!
No matter what our problems and worries may be, we are not alone, we can give them to God. He carries our burdens for us. What a great comfort that is!

He will always take care of us, and that IS a wonderful promise.

This card set is made with alcohol ink backgrounds, and stamped with black stazon ink. The pathway stamp is from Inky Antics, "Guided Path" set and the sentiment is from Printworks called "Give your Burdens."

I made a set of three, blue, green and yellow. I've already used them, so I think I will be digging out my alcohol inks pretty soon and making some more.

I'm thinking these sets would make nice gifts, too!

Have a great day!
