Sue Wilson Apron," I Love summer"

Hi everyone!

I'm sharing a fun summer BBQ card today featuring Sue Wilson's Apron die.

I used some paper from Doodlebug called, "Anchors Away." I LOVE that pack..such cute designs!

I added some silver ribbon and enamel dots, and also used my silver pen on the salt and pepper shakers. The sentiment is an oldie from the dollar bin at Michael's.

Have a great day!!

Today I'm sharing a gingham card set that I made with some of the awesome vintage dies from the new release. There are 23 new die sets, and as usual with Cheery Lynn dies, they cut perfectly and have amazing detail!

The first card features Decorative Accessories. I cut out the corset in some lavender gingham, and the hanger in silver foil. Then I did some layering. I backed it on the Vintage Bracket and the Vintage Tile, and finally onto an oval nesting doll. I added some Dusty Miller Frame Corners and the "Hello" sentiment. Several pearls completed the card.

For the blue gingham card, I used the new baby pram. It's adorable! I layered it on a Vintage Tile, the Mandy Doily, Wrought Iron Fence and a Scalloped Rectangle. I added the sentiment "Baby," and a few more pearls!

The last card of my gingham set is in pink. I used the Decorative Bird Cage and the Dusty Miller Square for this one. The tiny bird is from Bird on a Branch, and I backed it all a Celtic Rectangle. This time I added some pink pearls!

Hi everyone!

The challenge at Dies R Us is, "die cut sentiment as a focus."

I used Impression Obsession's Sending Good Wishes die and backed it on Sue Wilson's Lattice Frames #2. Then I added a bright, cheerful flower from Cheery Lynn's Indies Dies Bouquet set at the top. The only embellishment is one enamel dot in the center of the flower.

Happy Little Stampers Everyday Sentiments

Hi everyone!

Time for another Happy Little Stampers Anything Goes with Dies Challenge!  I used the Everyday Sentiments stamp set, and 2 dies from Cheery Lynn for my masculine Birthday card.

I cut the designer paper at an angle..I thought it went well with my CL antic car. I added a bit of gold  to the car with my gold paint pen, and also with the two sparkly enamel dots. I backed it on a CL pierced circle.

Cheery Lynn Seahorse

Hi everyone!

I had a piece of paper leftover from playing with oxides that I could NOT toss away! It was just too pretty.

So I adhered a Cheery Lynn seahorse that I cut out of some alcohol ink paper to it. Then I stamped the sentiment from Penny Black's "Faith"  stamp set along side, and added a few sequins.

 Pretty clean and simple!
