Taylored Expressions Iconic Christmas Wishes

Hi everyone!

My fave cards to make are holiday.
Any holiday...but if I'm honest prolly Christmas are at the top.

I make them all year long. I have so many pieces of beautiful Christmas paper though, that I have challenged myself to make a bunch of cards this year using as much of it as I can. (That way I'll have room to buy more....lol!!!)

SOOOO....I grabbed a piece of one I REALLY like...plaid with gold. I backed it on some crumb cake to give it a country feel.

Then I stamped Taylored Expressions Iconic Christmas Wishes bulb with some gold ink, and used the matching die to cut it out. The bow is cut from gold foil with Penny Blacks Whirl Wreath. I added some tiny holly from Cheery Lynn and a couple of gold bells.

The challenge at Dies R Us is "Anything Fall."

Time to make Halloween cards!

I made my Halloween card using Tutti Designs Cute Witch die. I cut it out twice and flipped one over. Then I adhered them onto a rectangle that I had cut out with an alcohol ink background. The sentiment is from Cherry Lynn. I added two black jewels to the center of the witch spider web skirts.

Here's a list of the dies I used:

The Paper Players Color Challenge

Jaydee has a color challenge for us at The Paper Players:

The colors remind me of fall, so I cut out a few oak leaves from Neat and Tangled in yellow and orange glitter paper and adhered them onto a very vanilla scalloped rectangle from Wplus9 Sunshine Layers.

I added some shiny green sequins and a simple twine bow. The sentiment is from Carta Bella's, "Gather Together." I LOVE this set....here's photo of it:

I don't know about you, but I have had a hard time finding a good fall stamp set....and this one is awesome. I really like the fonts, the sizes....and actually...all of the stamps in this set! Sometimes I only like a few of them and hate to spend the money....but this is a keeper...it will be great for my collection.

Here's a list of the supplies I used:

Paper: SU,glitter
Ink: SU
Stamps: Carta Bella Gather Together
Dies: Wplus9 Sunshine Layers, Neat and Tangled Oak Leaf
Other: sequins, twine bow

Simon Says Autumn Blessings

I have a fall card to share today....actually the leaves are already dropping up north, and snow is expected today. Yay! I'm excited for winter this year, and can hardly wait!

I was going over some of my embossed backgrounds...I have a bunch premade in different colors...and found this leaf one in white. I love how the leaves just pop and you can see all the detail.

Some glitter paper leaves from Neat and Tangled were on my desk from another project, so I grabbed a brown one., and added some sequins. The sentiment is from Simon Says, also cut out in glitter paper.

Very simple!

Have a great day everyone!
