The Paper Players tic tac toe challenge

Hi everyone!

Today Claire has a tic-tac-toe challenge for us at The Paper Players!!!

I chose the middle....die cut, sequins, and any shade of blue, and made two cards for my kids. I am ALWAYS missing them, and wishing we could see each other more often. SO... when I saw this set from My Favorite Things, "Sending and Wishing," it went on my wish list right away!

For this card, I used some enamel dots in place of the sequins, and a darker color blue. This card I plan to send to my son, and the lighter blue to my daughter. I used 3 layers for the "wishing," for some added dimension.

Head on over to The Paper Players and play along!

Today I made a card that combined 3 challenges....

I started out with the sketch at Always Playing with Paper, decided to use a cute little animal after looking at the photo for Showcase your style, and colored it with Copics for make your mark at Addicted to Stamps.

Ready, set, snow?

I don't really want any snow, but I do want to enter Merry Monday's challenge this week, which is,"use a tree on your card."

So I used Taylored Expressions," Ready Set Snow" set and this cute image with trees, coloring it with some copics.

But, I REALLY don't want anymore snow!

The Paper Players sketch challenge

Hi everyone!

The challenge this week at The Paper Players is this fun sketch from LeAnne:

I turned the sketch, and made a quilt for my rectangular piece, and used the sentiment "sending" for the circle. This is such a versatile sketch, and one I know I will use again.

I've had my eye on the " Sending and Wishing" stamp and die set for quite awhile, and I finally ordered it, thanks to a gift certificate I won from Darnell's last NBUS challenge. Thanks again Darnell! I sure am having fun with this set, and have already made several cards with it.

I'm also entering this at Darnell's NEW NBUS challenge:

Never-Before-Used-Schtuff (Stamps, Dies, EFs, etc.)

Be sure to head on over to The Paper Players and play along with this fun sketch!

The Card Concept challenge 31

Hi everyone!

It's time for another challenge at The Card Concept!

Look at that frosting. (That's my favorite part)

I decided to go with the cupcake theme and pretty pink colors to make my card, using the Designer Die's cupcake die.

On the front of the card it says,"wish" and inside the card it says,"big." I added a few sequins for a bit of bling.

Be sure to head over the The Card Concept and play along!

Hello there!

Good morning!

I'm sharing a little spring scene I created with some cut outs I had left over from a few projects. I think the fox qualifies as a cute critter, and I have an enamel dot on the center of the flower!

Which qualifies me for these challenges:

Simon Says: cute critters
