Butterfly tags

Today's card is one I made with a find I picked up at Micheal's the other day. I bought a pack of a dozen butterfly tags for only 50 cents! They were so pretty, I figured I could put them to good use.

I added a 2 Dies R Us butterflies and the sentiment from Simon Says.

After I took the picture , I decided to add some enamel dots:

Not sure which way I like better. Oh well!

Have a great day everyone!

Taylored Expressions In and Out Christmas

It's HOT out today!

I can see why there are so many "Christmas in July" card challenges lately...just the thought of Christmas cools one off!

Here are a few I'm entering:

Stamping Royalty ( Christmas in July)
Merry Monday Christmas in Summer  (Bonnie's challenge 210... Peace Joy Love)

I used a Reverse Confetti wreath, Lil Inker stitched rounded rectangles, Memory Box stitched hearts, and Dies R Us Heart Doily. I thought the doily made a pretty snowflake.

The sentiment is from Taylored Expressions In and Out Christmas.

Memory Box Billow Flower for the Paper Players

Hi everyone!

Here's the new challenge at The Paper Players from Jaydee:

I don't do alot of water coloring, not sure why, as it sure is fun! I decided to use Stampin' Up's Daffodil Delight ink. I kept the card monochromatic, cutting all the dies out in white.

Then I added a few yellow sequins.

This card reminds me of my daughter, who LOVES yellow, so I will probably be sending it to her.

So glad you chose this for our challenge, Jaydee! It was fun to get out of my box and do something different.

You can check out the rest of the design team here:

Technique Tuesday's Happy Home Christmas Card

Good Morning!

I have a card to share today for the Christmas Card Challenge

The colors are so pretty for a Christmas card!

I decided to make a Christmas scene with them using Technique Tuesday's Happy Home. The sentiment is from Reverse Confetti.

I added a few trees from Impression Obsession, and made some snow drifts with my Lawn Fawn Stitched Hillside Borders.

I love lots of stitches, and as you can see, I used my Lil Inker stitched rectangles to add even more. If I remember right, they were my first purchase of dies that had stitching. You would think they would wear out I use them SO much!

I hope you will join the fun at the Christmas Card Challenge!
