Get well

Hi everyone!

Today I am sharing a get well card...always need a bunch of those on hand.

I started out with Elements #1 FRA-DIE-09306 for the background. Then I adhered the sentiment Get Well Soon FRA-DIE-10941.  I used Shaker Medicine Bottle and Spoon FRA-DIE-10944 for the rest.

Thanks for stopping by,
Laurie

Frantic Stamper Get Well Card

The challenge from Claire at The Paper Players is:

April showers bring May flowers!

Today I'm using all Frantic Stamper products. I used the Floral Tangled Frame FRA-DIE-11028 to make a Get Well card.

I added the umbrella FRA-DIE-10648 Spring Showers in the center. The sentiment is stamped at the bottom from CL-129 Spring Showers.

That's it! Ready for my stash.

Bee Well!

Bee well!! That sure is the name of the game lately with covid around!

Well, Frantic Stamper has you covered with some cute stamps and dies for get well cards.

This card set features the Cute Bee FRA-DIE-10945 and the Shake that Bug stamp set CL167.

On one card I used the Stitched rectangle Frames FRA-DIE-10091 and the other card the Inverted Scalloped Circles FRA-DIE-10650 along with the Honeycomb Border. FRA-DIE10946

That bee is SO cute!

Have a great day,
Laurie

Frantic Stamper Get Well Soon

I don't know about you, but when I make alcohol ink backgrounds, I make a ton of them to have on hand.

( Frantic Stamper has lots of colors to check out here:
https://www.franticstamper.com/search?query=ranger-alcohol-ink)

I took this background from my stash and adhered a frame onto it using Elements #1 (FRA-DIE-09306)

Then I cut out the Get Well Soon die (FRA-DIE-10941) and adhered it to the card.

A few Dew Drops ...one of my fave embellishments...and the card front was done! (https://www.franticstamper.com/search?query=dew-drops)

I stamped the sentiment inside using CL-167 Shake that Bug.

You can find the January Release here:

Have a fun day everyone!

I made one slimline card and one standard size, both featuring the Interlocking Square Frames.

I love inlaid cards..so fun to put the pieces together...just like a puzzle!

Hope you will join us!

Happy Little Stampers "Get Well Soon"

Happy Little Stampers,"anything goes with dies" April challenge starts today!

I'm happy with the warm spring weather we have been having, and am getting anxious to plant some flowers. Can't do that YET....so I made some cards with flowers instead!

I used all Cheery Lynn dies on this one, staring with Lattice #2 and the Nesting Doll Oval #1. Then I added the watering can and added some flowers from the Doily Square and Oval Companion die sets.

Hope you will join us!

Paper Smooches Flowers 2

Hi everyone!

I can't believe it's Wednesday already...this week has gone fast. Actually the whole month has! August is only days away. Where does the time go? Before we know it fall will be here.

Today I have a clean and simple get well card to share. The dies and stamps are both from Paper Smooches.

I adhered them to a LIl Inker rounded stitched rectangle, and added a few enamel dots.
 I'm entering this at:

Sweet Sunday challenge

One more challenge..this time for Sweet Sunday:

I used Lawn Fawn's paper and sentiment, and the stitched rectangles and sun from Lil inker for this cheerful card!

I turned the sketch on it's side, if you are wondering. First glance I suppose you may think, "What?"

It just worked better that way for me!

Have a great day!

Inspired by nature

Just a quick post today....this is a card I made some time ago with my friends stamp set ....SU's Inspired By Nature. I love that set!

Get Well

This is another card I made with leftover scraps. I think Kraft paper is so nice for guy cards....seems I always reach for it first when I am making one!

Gotta keep cleaning my craft cave.......

Inkin up the blocks again!

I love inking up my acrylic blocks and trying different color combos. For this get well card I used SU summer sun, Bermuda bay, and pixie pink ink. The flower is from Stampendous Scripty stems, and the sentiment is from Anita's stamps. Both are stamped with SU black ink. I tied a bit of bakers twine on the card also.

I linked up this card to Less is More....they are trying to get 1000 cards posted this week....go check 'em out here!

Feel better soon....

This is a bright and cheery get well card!

I used some retired SU designer paper I forgot I even had, {so happy I found it} along with some tempting turquoise and pixie pink card stock.  I tied on some SU white satin ribbon..love that stuff..and stamped the sentiment from Hero Arts with black SU ink.

One more card done to add to my get well stash!

Cute get well card

I think this is SO stinkin cute!

It wasn't my idea though, I cased the card from here.

It was so easy to make. I used glue dots to adhere the google eyes onto the band aids. The sentiment is from SU Wellness Wishes, stamped in black.

I just smile every time I look at it, so I figure it will certainly cheer up anyone I give it too!

Get Well Card....Noble Deer

I still have a few more cards I made to share from the SU set "Noble Deer" that I borrowed from a friend. For this one I wrapped some twine on the bottom and added the sentiment with a button. I just love Kraft card stock for masculine cards, and this stamp is perfect for them.

Hope you are staying cool in this heat wave... today it's supposed to be the worst. I plan to stay inside and finish some cards I've been working on!

Paper: SU Kraft, white, SU retired designer paper
Ink: SU chocolate chip
Stamps: SU Noble Deer, SU Wellness Wishes
Other: SU word window punch, twine, button

Speedy Recovery

Hi!

I have another card made with the Noble Deer set to share today. I'm really having fun with that set. I like all the images in it.

This is another clean and simple card. I used only SU kraft and white card stock and chocolate chip ink, and wrapped a little twine around it. The sentiment is from Thoughts and  Prayers, another SU set that I just love!

Get well soon!

I haven't used this set for a long time! It's SU's Flower Filled. I used SU certainly celery, black and lavender lace ink. Once again, I kept the card very simple, just adding a button.

Here's another:

Perk Up!

Good morning!

I made this get well card for a friend of mine...I like the bright paper and thought it went well with the sentiment. I think the coffee pot is so cute, too.

Here's a peek at the inside:

Perk Up!

I love this two sided retro looking paper...and the colors. I used soft suede for the card...it reminded me of coffee....so I dug out 2 stamp sets that had coffee cups for this card. One was non SU and the other was SU's Viola to Go. Inside it says:

Paper: SU vanilla and soft suede, non SU patterned paper

Ink: SU soft suede

Stamps: SU Viola to Go, non SU

Other: SU soft suede ribbon, non Su button and die
