Oh this was tasty! We fought over the last piece. One of my friends had given me some halibut from an Alaskan fishing trip so I looked up some recipes on the net and decided to give this one a try. I think Brent needs to go on a fishing trip because I want MORE!

Oh, I love fish, but no one else in my family does. I like the idea of sending your man to Alaska just to get you more fish ;)
