Low Fat Make Ahead Potatoes

I am TRYING to cook low-fat as we are hoping to shed a few pounds. I really like making make ahead potatoes..they are so easy and go with just about anything. I substituted low fat cream cheese and sour cream, and used no butter or milk. They were really good! The onion salt gave them a good flavor. They are great to make the day before and bake the next day. I put them in a greased casserole and baked them at 350 for about 30 minutes, and sprinkled a bit of reduced fat cheddar cheese on top. So good! 3/4 c. 185 cal. 3 fat 2 fiber

I love the little brad on the recipe card holding the utensils together ;) Very cute!

These sound delicious, too. I love potatoes, and have a huge weakness for them!

I love mashed potatoes and baked potatoes. So baked, mashed potatoes must be fabulous. I might try these today. Cute background paper on the card.
