6" by 6" recipe page English Toffee

When Brent came home from work with this recipe, I was alittle afraid to try it. I wasn't sure I had the right kind of pot and it sounded finicky. But he kept telling me how good it was and wanted me to give it a try. I'm glad I did, it's wonderful! Now I make it every year. We love it.

There are sometimes I'm glad people in my house have nut allergies. Or I'd be trying this recipe....but then I'm the only one who would be eating it!!! Another one to go on my list to try when I have company. It sounds great.
