This is a recipe I used for Easter dinner this year. I found it over at Amber's Kitchen. I was looking for a dinner roll recipe that would be quick and easy. I saw that this one only needed to raise one hour so that sold me on trying it. They were great, even better the next day. They tasted great with the leftover ham and smoked turkey from Easter for lunch. I don't know about you, but I think the best part of serving holiday dinner are the leftovers!
