Simple pineapple cake


I've had a few requests for the angel food pineapple cake recipe...its so simple! Just a can of crushed pineapple and the angel food cake mix. Mix and put in a 9x13 pan....do not grease the pan. Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes. I like to serve it with lite Cool whip. I decided to make a recipe page for it and include it in my low fat recipe scrap book. So here it is! It's lite, refreshing, and a real treat for those watching their weight.

Hi Elsa! No do not drain the pineapple..just add the whole can to the cake mix and bake. Hope you enjoy it, Laurie
