Yep..more washi tape.... I guess this is washi week at stamping up north!
This time it's not Christmas, though,as I need a card for a friend.( I'll be back to Christmas next week...I still have several cards to make.)
On Pinterest I saw some washi tape flags used for cupcake toppers, so that gave me the idea to use for this card. The SU set Cycle Celebration seems so festive, I decided to make a bright and cheery card with it. I used Strawberry Slush card stock and ink.
I hope my friend likes it!
