Less is More

Hi everyone!

I finally got a chance to make a card for the Less is More challenge:

The challenge is to make a card using autumn colors.
Fall colors are kind of winding down around here, and the gorgeous reds and oranges are almost gone. But there are still some softer hues...yellows and browns, so I chose a leaf of each for my card. I added some twine, and stamped the sentiment in baked brown sugar.

This past weekend, we went for a walk in the woods, and it was amazing how many leaves were off the trees. Each step we took had a soft crunch as we made our way down the road. We saw a bunch of wild turkeys, and a few deer along the way.

But it was FREEZING out, so we hurried along!

Paper: SU very vanilla
Ink: SU baked brown sugar
Stamps: SU Wonderfall, Falling leaves
Other: score pal, nesties, twine
