The challenge this week from Sandy at The Paper Players is:
What a fun idea!
I don't have anyone in school anymore for lunchbox notes. And now days, I know many parents really go to town with cute messages and such great lunch ideas. I LOVE all the ideas on Pinterest....here and also here are two links to some fun ones.
I thought these were some cute lunch box jokes too:
I can just see the kids laughing and reading these silly jokes to their friends during lunch. I used to have lots of lunch room duty when I worked at school. It was SO noisy, but always fun. I should have had some of these printed out and in my pocket to share with the kids as I cruised the lunchroom!
My own poor kids had just PB & J and a juice box for lunch! I DO remember adding notes in their lunches, but it was mostly like," Don't forget you have practice tonight!" or "Bring home your gym clothes to wash!" and "I'll pick you up at the front of the school for your dentist apt.at 2." Nothing too fancy, but I guess I did put some stickers on them sometimes. LOL!
SO for this challenge, I decided to make a card for my son, who is LONG out of school. But I figure I still could use it for his Birthday next spring. I will be way ahead of the game!
Since he loves to golf, I used Taylored Expressions Punny Man stamp and dies. It has this fun sentiment along with a golf ball and tee.
Be sure to stop by The Paper Players and join us this week! I can't wait to see all the lunchbox ideas!
