Memory Box Stacked Mittens

Hi everyone!
I'm back with another Christmas card to share today. My favorites!
One of my friends let me cut out a few Memory Box mittens with her die, and I had fun inlaying the red and green pieces. Wow, they were tiny....

I used just the words " Merry Christmas" from Impression Obsessions, " A very Merry Christmas die." I backed it on a piece of crumb cake that I cut out with a Lil inker stitched rectangle.

I love crumb cake, but I find it is the hardest to get a decent photo of. Must be the lighting, but I can never get it's rich warm tone just right!

I'm entering this at:

Have a great day!

  4. Absolutely fabulous Laurie! Gosh you must have loads of patience to piece all those teensy bits on place :) Don't red, white, green and Crumb Cake go beautifully together for Christmas cards - just fabulous!

  15. Those mittens, despite being finicky to create, are marvelous! In fact, I'd love a pair (or three) in real size! Crushing all over your Merry Christmas die! Festive, fabulous card in every way!
