Here's another recipe I tried for Easter dinner. It was awesome! I'm a cornbread lover and I really liked how moist and flavorful this was. I baked it in a 9x13 glass pan, and cut back on the salt as I used salted butter. I also didn't add the corn...I forgot too! But we really didn't even miss it... as it was so good. One of my friends passed this recipe on to me and I'm so glad she did....I will be making this again!

I served it with Honey butter....just add 2 T. of honey to a softened stick of butter. Delish!

I absolutely love corn bread. But it's one of those things that I am awful at making. I've never had good luck, no matter what recipe I try. But, if I get brave, I'll try yours and let you know how it worked out. Your picture looks gorgeous. I can just taste it in my mouth with some yummy honey butter!
