Try this one! I made it for Easter and we all really liked it. It tasted wonderful and made me feel like summer is just around the corner! {I added more than 2 cups of strawberries.}

I tried a crust recipe from my hometown cookbook, Beyond Granola....
Recipes from the 3rd Street Market. It's a popular local restaurant which serves wonderful homemade soups,
sandwiches and pies. Oh...and homemade granola! Two of my friends gave me the cookbook when my dog
Griffey died. I miss him so much....it's so true when they say a dog is a mans best friend! He certainly was mine. Anyway...I really love this cookbook and have enjoyed its many recipes. Here's a close up of the crust:

And here is the recipe:
Have a great day!

Love the look of the pie...I bet it's yummy. And as usual...you're recipe cards are fab!!! Kind regards,Jackie
What fun paper for your pie recipe background. I like the idea of a granola crust for a pie. But I would need to try it with something other than one made from Jello. My whole life whenever I have eaten Jello I have spontaneously regurgitated it (trying to use nicer words here).
yummmmmmmmmmmers ..this looks fab!!
Your recipe cards are gorgeous! And strawberry pie is my all-time favorite. I will definitely try these.
