I saw these on Kimberly's blog. {http://StampinByTheSea.com/ }She had made them for cocoa packs for a craft fair. {look under category craft fair}I remembered that I had bought a bunch of coffee packs at crazy days to stick in with gift boxes I make every year for Christmas and thought this would work well for them. I started with a 12" x 3 1/4" piece of designer paper and used my culuzzle to cut the circle out. Then I adhered a top notz for the topper. I think the striped ribbon looks great on these. You could make them to fit just about any size packet, just measure to fit!

I think the striped ribbon looks great, too! I'm going to have to break down someday and get me some!
Oh I love this! Do you have a link to a tutorial? thanks!! :)
JenMarie, The blog is StampingByTheSea.com and look under the catagory craft fair. She does not give alot of info, no tutorial, but it was easy to make just by looking! I will try to insert a direct link as soon as I have some time. It's basically a 12 by 3 1/2 paper folded in half, then use the culuzzle for the circle so the packaging shows through. It took a few tries to get it placed right. Then just put a topper on! laurie
