The top notz die really helps dish out bag toppers fast! I've made several, here's another one. I stamped white snowflakes all aver it and tied it with some of the striped ribbon from SU. I added a little tag with the snowmen from Window Dressing and filled it with kisses. If you look close at the tag you will see I put a bit of glitter on the snowmen. Have a great day!
