I have never made scones before. I don't know why. They're so good and pretty simple to make too. I found this recipe in Light and Tasty magazine a few years ago and put it aside to try. It makes 12 scones, a nice size, for 197 calories, 6 fat, and 1 fiber. They turned out great! I did change the recipe alittle, I added a few white chocolate chips on the top before I baked them. For Brents share I drizzled some icing on them that I made with powdered sugar mixed with some orange juice. I WILL make these again. Mmm...I think I'll go have one now!
